Concho Valley Together is a long-term recovery effort formed in response to the devastating July 4th, 2025 floods. Sponsored by the San Angelo Area Foundation and supported by members of the Community Organizations Active in a Disaster (COAD), this initiative has evolved into a Long Term Recovery Group (LTRG) dedicated to helping our neighbors rebuild and recover.
